Ilta – Pleated chiffon, off the shoulder

The Ilta dress is built from finely pleated black chiffon, with a ruffled off-shoulder neckline trimmed in lace and fine straps holding it in place. The sheer sleeves gather into delicate lace cuffs, and the pleating keeps the whole thing in motion.

The body falls loose from the neckline to just below the knee, with a semi-sheer layer at the hem. Heeled sandals take it into the evening; flats and a jacket bring it back down again.
